Mark Stoops and the Kentucky Wildcats football team added Melvin Lewis to their list of 2013 commits.

The 6-4,315 lb defensive tackle from Fullerton College in California (JUCO) made his commitment official via Twitter:

"It's official, signed with UK #BBN"

Lewis was a 1st-team JUCO All-American last season and was considering offers from Hawaii, Miami (FL), and Washington.
