Fried bologna was the original country air freshener. I can't think of anything that could overpower or slip through the sweet, thick, charred flesh aroma of good old fried bologna. If you really wanted to kick it up a notch...fling in a hunk of bacon grease for it to swim in first! There are the bologna purests...one cut then to the skillet. After a minute or two...you have a concave Pac Man looking air filled hill of goodness just flopping and plopping about the pan. Some go for the 4 cut method but to me...this looks too much like the German Iron Cross from WWII so...I go with the 3 cut method. This tends to look like the fall out shelter logo just before burning so...flip it...drip it...and set it on top of a good old fried egg...top it with some mayo and a slice of yellow tomato...sling the salt to it and wrap a couple slices of bread (white...duh!) around that mess and bite down hard! When you catch your breath and your eyes roll back down out of your head...you will have experienced the blessing of being raised country.
